Контролирует соблюдение санитарного режима, организует мероприятия по закаливанию детей; готовит детей к врачебному осмотру; участвует в осмотрах детей врачом; обеспечивает организацию оздоровительных мероприятий и осуществляет контроль за соблюдение режима дня, правильным проведением утренней гимнастики, физкультурных занятий и прогулок детей; проводит учет отсутствующих по болезни, изолирует заболевших детей; организует уход за детьми, находящимися в изоляторе; осуществляет утренний прием детей, пришедших после болезни и бывших в контакте с инфекционными больными; организует проведение текущей дезинфекции; ведет учет посещения детьми учреждения, контролирует ежедневный утренний прием детей, проводимый воспитателями группы; готовит заявки на медикаменты, бакпрепараты, дезинфекционные средства, медицинские инструменты и аппаратуру; проводит санитарно-просветительскую работу среди работников учреждения и родителей; осуществляет контроль за своевременным прохождением медицинских осмотров работниками детского сада; ведет медицинскую документацию по номенклатуре ДОУ; ежемесячно совместно с администрацией рассматривает причины заболеваемости детей в детском саду и вносит предложения по устранению этих причин; проводит проверку работников пищеблока на гнойничковые заболевания; осуществляет регулярную связь с поликлиникой с целью своевременного ознакомления с эпидемиологической обстановкой в районе; ежедневно составляет меню-раскладку на основании примерного 10-дневного меню; контролирует качество доставляемых продуктов, соблюдение правил их хранения и реализации; следит за качеством приготовления пищи, соблюдением натуральных норм продуктов; систематически проводит расчет химического состава и калорийности пищевого рациона (по накопительной ведомости); контролирует закладку продуктов на пищеблоке; ежедневно производит пробу готовых блюд и закладывает пробы для хранения в соответствии с требованиями СанПиН 2.4.1.3049-13; контролирует соблюдение норм выхода порций; следит за соблюдением графика получения пищи группами; ежедневно ведет бракераж готовых блюд, сверяет бракераж с меню-раскладкой, набор продуктов по меню с бракеражной тетрадью; контролирует ведение табелей на питание детей по группам; осуществляет ежедневный обход групп, проверяет организацию питания в группах
