  • Record responses accurately using approved digital or paper-based tools.
  • Submit complete and accurate data within the agreed timelines.
  • Prepare interview notes, field observations, and brief field summaries when required.
  • Flag access constraints, safeguarding concerns, data-quality issues, or operational challenges promptly.
  • Participate in daily debriefings and respond to feedback or requests for clarification.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and protect respondents’ personal information.
  • Comply with 360 Consulting’s ethical, safeguarding, data-protection, and do-no-harm requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Reliability and ability to meet tight fieldwork deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and willingness to report challenges accurately.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to remote supervision.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, informed consent, and do-no-harm principles.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
