360 IT Professionals is a Software Development Company based in Fremont, California that offers complete technology services in Mobile development, Web development, Cloud computing and IT staffing. Our services are vast and we produce software and web products. We specialize in Mobile development, i.e. iPhone and Android apps. We use Objective C and Swift programming languages to create native applications for iPhone, whereas we use Android Code to develop native applications for Android devices. To create applications that work on cross-platforms, we use a number of frameworks such as Titanium, PhoneGap and JQuery mobile.

Furthermore, we build web products and offer services such as web designing, layouts, responsive designing, graphic designing, web application development using frameworks based on model view controller architecture and content management system. Our services also extend to the domain of Cloud Computing, where we provide Salesforce CRM to effectively manage one’s business and ease out all the operations by giving an easy platform. Apart from this, we also provide IT Staffing services that can help your organization to a great extent as you can hire highly skilled personnel’s through us.

Job Description

This position will provide leadership in the development of the strategic and implementation plans to meet the overall goal of the client effort.

This positions will research and analyze strategic choices and make recommendations to achieve the objectives of the effort.

Candidate will work with representatives from business other stakeholders to manage and implement the goal of the effort.

These positions will directly manage the day to day activities for the effort along with management on a daily basis risks, scope, cost, and schedule

The selected candidate(s) must be a results-oriented individual with a very strong work ethic and must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership in project Management, business analysis, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

These positions will be responsible for working with senior-level business executives, IT personnel, and business program resources across multiple business areas to analyze, gather and execute requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.

Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have extensive industry experience.

Managing business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution

Identifying and documenting business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities

Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data

Completing analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities

Conducting interviews to gather business requirements

Conducting industry, competitive and State analyses (strategic, financial, operational), business case development, as well as market research for benchmarking

Supporting required system go-live activities, including conversion, support desk, site support, training delivery, logistics management, etc.

Supporting change management and communications programs and activities

Performing PMO activities related to project time tracking, work plan updates, status reporting, service metric reporting, and related project administration tasks

Qualifications

5 years Extensive knowledge of business systems, regulations, and processes and their interaction and how they apply to technology in the applicable areas.

Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and statutes governing the area of work

Must be highly organized and have considerable knowledge of strategic planning methodologies and practices.

Ability to ensure that rules and regulations are interpreted correctly, internal and external to the organization

Ability to review and approve documents and reports of more complex or unique issues and ability to effectively articulate written conclusions.

Ability to work with subject matter experts (SMEs) from a wide range of backgrounds in order to finalize the business requirements and any related IT

5 years Good knowledge of PM practices; having the ability to apply PM concepts to scope definition, requirement analyses, schedule and cost projections

Ability to effectively plan assignments and activities, adjust priorities as needed and work on multiple deliverables at the same time.

Produce and provide and present electronic and written materials to management on status of the effort
