Position : Senior Sales Executive ( 1 year contract )

Duties & Responsibilities

  • ทำงานเชิงกลยุทธ สำรวจการตลาดและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคู่แข่งรวมทั้งภาพรวมทางการตลาดของธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์
  • รู้จุดแข็งจุดอ่อน จุดขายของโครงการการพลิกแพลงการสื่อสารให้เกิดความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องและเป็นประโยชน์ ที่สุดกับทั้งลูกค้าและองค์กร
  • วางแผนและประเมินผลแผนการขายรวมทั้งปรับเปลี่ยนกลยุทธ์ต่างๆในการทำ customer experience ให้เหมาะสมกับการปิดการขาย
  • วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขาย การตลาด และลูกค้า เข้าใจใน Customer Profile / Customer Insight ของโครงการตัวเองได้ อย่างชัดเจน รับผิดชอบการสร้างยอด walk ให้กับโครงการที่ดูแล ให้สามารถปิดการขายได้
  • รักษาผลลัพธ์เรื่องยอดขายและยอดโอนของโครงการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้สำเร็จ
  • รับผิดชอบงบประมาณในการขาย การจัดทำราคาขายการให้ส่วนลดและโปรโมชั่นให้อยู่ในกรอบที่กำหนดและเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดกับองค์กร ประสานงาน ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง
  • เพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของทีมการตลาดและทีมอื่นๆจากข้อมูลที่ได้จากลูกค้าในเชิงลึก
  • ประสานงานกับธนาคารเรื่องสินเชื่อในการกู้เงินของลูกค้าเพื่อให้สัมฤทธิผลตามเป้า
  • งาน Documentation อื่นๆ

Qualification

  • วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ในงานด้านการตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์
  • ประสบการณ์ในการขายบ้านแนวราบ หรืออาคารพาณิชย์ ระดับราคา 5-10 ล้านบาทขึ้นไปจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีบุคลิกภาพดี มีไหวพริบดี มีความมุ่งมั่นต่อเป้าหมายสูง มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี กระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ ชอบการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ด้านการตลาดดิจิทัลหรือเทคโนโลยีด้านการตลาดออนไลน์
  • สามารถรับมือกับแรงกดดันได้ดี มีวิธีจัดการกับปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นได้ดี สามารถเดินทางได้ ไม่ติดปัญหาเรื่องการเดินทาง หากมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • เป้าหมาย:
  • (1) ทำยอดขายและยอดโอนได้ตามเป้า
  • (2) ได้ราคาและส่วนลดที่ดีที่ทำให้บริษัทเพิ่มผลกำไรได้ในระยะยาว
  • (3) สร้างประสบการณ์และการบริการที่มากกว่าความคาดหมายของลูกค้าหรือใครก็ตาม

- ทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์
