Your Responsibilities

  • Personalized Support: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Health Monitoring: Track clients’ health status and promptly report changes to medical professionals and family members.
  • Empathetic Care: Help clients maintain their independence and dignity through patient-centered support.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of care provided and noteworthy observations.
  • Collaboration: Partner with healthcare teams and family members to ensure continuous, high-quality care.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Experience: Proven track record in home care or a related healthcare field.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with diverse clients.
  • Traits: Deep compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving others' quality of life.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts as required by your client matches.
  • Credentials: Relevant certifications and training in home care or first aid are preferred.
