В рамках трудовой функции организации работы обслуживающего персонала ДОУ: - ставит цели и задачи перед обслуживающим персоналом в рамках организации трудового процесса; - организует и контролирует работу обслуживающего персонала по ежедневной, согласно графику влажной уборке помещений с применением моющих и дезинфицирующих средств; - контролирует состояние помещений и территории дошкольного образовательного учреждения; - контролирует выполнение поставленных задач подчиненными работниками в рамках организации трудового процесса; В рамках трудовой функции документационного сопровождения процессов использования и обслуживания зданий, помещений и оборудования: - ведет соответствующую отчетно-учетную документации (согласно номенклатуре дел ДОУ), своевременно предоставляет ее в бухгалтерию; - составляет паспорт санитарно-технического состояния дошкольного образовательного учреждения; - ведет реестр заключенных договоров на обеспечение обслуживания, ремонта и эксплуатации зданий, сооружений, помещений и оборудования; - осуществляет учет расхода электроэнергии, тепла, воды и других ресурсов, подает необходимые сведения и отчетность в бухгалтерию; - осуществляет контроль соблюдения и исполнения условий договоров на обеспечение обслуживания, ремонта. - организовывает и контролирует работу склада по хранению инвентаря и ТМЦ, склада продуктов для кухни ДОУ, создает условия для надлежащего хранения;

- высшее образование - бакалавриат или высшее образование (непрофильное) бакалавриат, дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы профессиональной переподготовки по профилю деятельности, дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы повышения квалификации по профилю деятельности (не реже чем раз в три года); - не имеющее ограничений на занятие трудовой деятельностью в сфере образования, изложенных в статье 351.1 Ограничения на занятие трудовой деятельностью в сфере образования, воспитания, развития несовершеннолетних, организации их отдыха и оздоровления, медицинского обеспечения, социальной защиты и социального обслуживания, в сфере детско-юношеского спорта, культуры и искусства с участием несовершеннолетних Трудового кодекса Российской Федерации.
