В летний период: подметание, влажная уборка тротуаров, асфальтированных участков, отмосток, хозяйственных и контейнерных площадок от пыли, мелкого мусора и листьев (с использованием средств малой механизации); полив зелёных насаждений, клумб, газонов; стрижка газона (не менее двух раз за сезон); обрезка деревьев и декоративных кустарников; очистка каналов и лотков для стока воды в люки и приёмные колодцы; сбор и транспортировка мусора в контейнеры. В зимний период: расчистка проходов при интенсивном снегопаде; скалывание наледи с тротуаров, отмосток, хозяйственных и контейнерных площадок; удаление и складирование снега и сколотого льда в специально отведённом месте; посыпка противогололёдными составами тротуаров, пешеходных дорожек, хозяйственных и контейнерных площадок; очистка от снега и наледи крышек канализационных, пожарных колодцев; В осенний период: уборка опавших листьев.

Прохождение предварительного медосмотра при приёме на работу, а в дальнейшем периодических осмотров (не реже раза в два года) и внеочередных по направлению работодателя. Наличие личной медицинской книжки с результатами обследований, сведениями о прививках, перенесённых инфекционных заболеваниях и отметкой о прохождении профессиональной гигиенической подготовки и аттестации (с допуском к работе). Прохождение инструктажей по охране труда и пожарной безопасности на рабочем месте. Отсутствие ограничений на занятие трудовой деятельностью в сфере образования, предусмотренных статьёй 351.1 Трудового кодекса РФ (например, неснятая или непогашенная судимость за определённые преступления).
