Da en af vores erfarne faglige medarbejdere, har valgt at gå på pension, søger 3F Roskilde en ny faglig medarbejder, der vil være med til at gøre Danmarks stærkeste fagforening endnu stærkere.

Kan du indgå i dialog på alle niveauer, begå dig i en politisk styret organisation og fastholde fokus på medlemmernes bedste, så er du, måske lige den medarbejder vi står og mangler.

Som faglig medarbejder omfatter opgaverne blandt andet:

· Sagsbehandling af faglige sager, primært inden for Transport- og Industri området

· Sparring med Tillidsvalgte og Arbejdsmiljørepræsentanter

· Opsøgende faglige virksomhedsbesøg

· Organisering

· Servicere vores medlemmer

Vi forventer af dig:

  • Har erfaring med arbejde fra en fagforening
  • Kan holde styr på mange ”bolde” samtidigt
  • Har gode IT-kundskaber
  • Har kendskab til at arbejde med overenskomster
  • Er sikker i skriftlig og mundtlig kommunikation
  • Trives med at arbejde både på kontoret såvel, som at være opsøgende på virksomheder
  • Har kørekort (kategori B)
  • Kan stille egen bil til rådighed
  • Er afklaret med 3F’s værdier
