📢 MISSION FREELANCE À POURVOIR – GESTIONNAIRE RH

🔶 REMPLACEMENT CONGÉ MATERNITÉ – À PARTIR DE MI-DÉCEMBRE

Le Réseau 3H18 recherche pour l'un de ses clients un(e) Gestionnaire RH Freelance expérimenté(e) dans le cadre d'un remplacement temporaire pour congé maternité.

📍 Lieu : Paris 9e – 3 rue Moncey (Métro Place de Clichy)

🏢 Intervention exclusivement SUR SITE – Pas de télétravail

⏱️ Volume : 2,5 jours par semaine, soit 10 jours / 70 heures par mois

📅 Démarrage : Mi-décembre

🎯 VOS MISSIONS

Vous interviendrez sur différents sujets RH opérationnels :

• Gestion et suivi des campagnes d'évaluation des collaborateurs • Préparation et suivi des augmentations salariales • Gestion des primes • Finalisation du déploiement de l'ERP Workday • Préparation et organisation des élections du CSE • Gestion courante et transmission des variables de paie • Suivi des différents dossiers administratifs RH

💻 OUTILS – MAÎTRISE IMPÉRATIVE

✅ SILAE – Gestion de la paie ✅ WORKDAY – ERP / SIRH

⚠️ Une excellente maîtrise de ces deux outils est indispensable pour cette mission.
