As a Kubernetes Platform Engineer and Technical Lead in Developer Services, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people from around the world.

  • Lead the enterprise consolidation of 3M’s Kubernetes estate onto ROSA HCP, including migration strategy, sequencing, and retirement of legacy platforms.
  • Define the platform and practices that make ROSA HCP the easiest, most cost effective, most resilient, and best supported path for containerized applications.

Platform Architecture

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise architecture and platform standards.
  • Define standards for high availability, multi-cluster operations, scalability, resiliency, and disaster recovery.
  • Establish approved patterns for containerization, networking, ingress, observability, security, and platform automation.

Platform Engineering & Operations

  • Lead the design and engineering of core platform services including ingress, service mesh, observability, secrets management, container registries, and policy enforcement.
  • Own the GitOps and Infrastructure as Code approach for the platform, automating cluster provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management so that platform changes are versioned, reviewable, and repeatable.
  • Define and deliver self-service capabilities that improve developer productivity while meeting enterprise governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the platform, including upgrade and patching cadence, capacity planning, incident response, and on-call practices for the platform team.
  • Own platform reliability, performance, and cost, setting service levels and driving continuous improvement against them.

Technical Mentorship

  • Promote engineering excellence through technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and enterprise standards of development.
  • Coach engineers, architects, and technical leads on Kubernetes best practices, cloud-native architectures, platform engineering principles, and container security.
  • Guide application teams through modernization and migration conversations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
