  • Du entwickelst kluge Kommunikationsstrategien, zielgenaue Positionierungen und starke Narrative für Unternehmen und Marken im B2B-Bereich.
  • Du analysierst Marken, Unternehmen, Zielgruppen und Trends und leitest daraus klare und eigenständige Konzepte für die Unternehmens- und Nachhaltigkeitskommunikation ab.
  • Du steuerst Projekte kanalübergreifend – von der strategischen Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Du moderierst Kunden-Workshops, gibst entscheidende Impulse und bist wertvoller Sparringspartner in Pitches und Präsentationen.
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen, die strategische Klarheit mit kreativer Exzellenz verbinden.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption, idealerweise in einer Kreativ-, Kommunikations- oder Marketingagentur.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und bringst komplexe Themen klar und prägnant auf den Punkt.
  • Du denkst konsequent vom Ziel her und entwickelst fundierte strategische Herleitungen, aus denen kreative Ideen und starke Konzepte entstehen.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und suchst den kreativen Austausch mit anderen Disziplinen.
  • Du liebst Storytelling und überzeugst mit exzellentem Sprachgefühl und Textsicherheit.
  • Du nutzt KI und andere Tools gezielt und verantwortungsbewusst und behältst neue Entwicklungen im Blick.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für B2B und Unternehmenskommunikation, für Cross-Channel-Mechaniken, Zielgruppen und Kanäle.
