Разрабатывает и актуализирует локальные акты школы (положения, инструкции) по охране труда. Готовит предложения для включения в коллективный договор, соглашение по охране труда и трудовые договоры. Обсуждает с представительными органами работников реализацию соответствующих разделов и анализирует их выполнение. Следит за актуальностью нормативных актов, оперативно вносит изменения при обновлении законодательства. 2. Организация обучения и инструктажей. Выявляет потребности сотрудников в обучении (по охране труда, первой помощи) с учётом норм. Готовит техническое задание для подрядчиков, если обучение организуется извне. Контролирует проведение инструктажей, стажировок, обучения безопасным методам работы. Оказывает методическую помощь руководителям подразделений в разработке программ инструктажей и инструкций. Проводит вводный инструктаж, координирует другие виды (первичный, периодический, внеплановый, целевой). Организует периодическое обучение работников рабочих профессий оказанию первой 3. Сбор, обработка и передача информации. Информирует сотрудников об условиях и рисках на их рабочих местах, гарантиях, компенсациях и средствах защиты. Собирает и систематизирует предложения от работников и структурных подразделений по вопросам охраны труда. Готовит информацию и документы для представления в надзорные органы (например, в профсоюзный контроль). Формирует статистическую и внутреннюю отчётность по охране труда. Может интегрировать данные в цифровые платформы для анализа. Снижение профессиональных рисков. Выявляет, анализирует и оценивает риски на рабочих местах. Разрабатывает планы и мероприятия для управления рисками и улучшения условий труда. Подготавливает предложения по режиму труда и отдыха. Контролирует проведение обязательных медицинских осмотров и психиатрических освидетельствований. Следит за обеспечением работников средствами индивидуальной и коллективной защиты, их хранением, состоянием и исправностью. Контролирует наличие и комплектность средств первой помощи. Может курировать организацию уголков или кабинетов охраны труда.

Знание нормативной базы: трудовое законодательство, правила пожарной и конструкционной безопасности, санитарно-гигиенические требования (в том числе СП 2.4.3648-20 для организаций воспитания и обучения). Умение разрабатывать и актуализировать локальные нормативные акты по охране труда. Навыки анализа изменений в законодательстве. Умение проводить вводный инструктаж, выявлять потребности сотрудников в обучении. Владение методами идентификации опасностей и оценки профессиональных рисков. Способность координировать специальную оценку условий труда (СОУТ). Навыки работы с документацией (в том числе для взаимодействия с медорганизациями). Знание основ психологии, педагогики и информационных технологий.
