The posting

Младшая медицинская сестра по уходу за больными является помощником воспитателя и медицинской сестры палатной, работает под их непосредственным руководством. Участвует во всей работе с воспитанниками Дома ребенка, в частности: в кормлении, высаживании на горшок, туалете, купании, укладывании спать, а так же в организации бодрствования, при проведении игр и занятий и др. Младшая медицинская сестра по уходу за больными обязана: - выполнять ежедневную влажную и генеральную уборку. - выполнять обеззараживание воздуха и проветривание групповых помещений, кабинетов; - обеспечивать порядок и санитарное содержание холодильников для хранения пищевых продуктов (при этом использовать маркировку хранения продуктов со сроком годности); - дезинфекция и уборка холодильников (по графику), которые установлены в группах и кабинетах учреждения; - выполнять дезинфекцию предметов ухода, оборудования, игрушек, инвентаря; - выполнять поручения своего непосредственного руководителя главной (старшей) медсестры и сестры хозяйки; - получать у сестры-хозяйки и обеспечивать правильное хранение и использование белья, хозяйственного инвентаря и моющих средств; - сообщать сестре хозяйке о неисправностях в системе отопления, водоснабжения, канализации, электроприборов, мебели и другого оборудования; - проводить мойку окон в группах, - сдавать на прачку грязное белье и получать чистое; - следить за запасом и маркировкой ветоши, уборочного инвентаря, своевременно производить замену ветоши и маркировку на всех предметах, установленных инструкцией; - готовить рабочие дезинфицирующие растворы ежедневно; - проводить совместно с педагогом группы работы по привитию санитарно-гигиенических навыков воспитанникам: подъем, умывание, купание, подмывание, переодевание, высаживание на горшки, подготовки детей к прогулке и т.д. - получать у главной (старшей) медицинской сестры средства гигиены, подгузники, оборудование, дезинфицирующие растворы и т.п.; - сопровождать воспитанников учреждения на медицинские обследования, консультации, госпитализации, осуществляет уход за ними по месту их лечения и т.п.
