Воспитание, обучение и развитие детей в соответствии с образовательной программой дошкольного учреждения. Планирование и организация образовательной деятельности, игр и занятий. Обеспечение безопасности жизни и здоровья детей на прогулке и в помещении, а также соблюдение санитарных норм (СанПиН). Взаимодействие с родителями (законными представителями) воспитанников.

Знание основ педагогики и детской психологии: понимание закономерностей развития детей, возрастных особенностей, а также специфики дошкольного образования . Умение организовывать ведущие виды деятельности: владение методиками организации игры, познавательно-исследовательской, продуктивной деятельности и конструирования . Планирование и анализ: умение планировать и корректировать образовательные задачи, проводить педагогический мониторинг и анализ своей работы в соответствии с ФГОС ДО . Создание развивающей среды: способность создавать в группе позитивный психологический климат и условия для доброжелательных отношений между детьми . Взаимодействие с родителями: выстраивание партнерских отношений и применение методов психолого-педагогического просвещения родителей . ИКТ-компетентность: владение современными информационными технологиями, необходимыми для планирования и реализации образовательной работы
