рганизационная и административная деятельность: совместно с врачом ведение списка пациентов, закреплённых за участком, ведение индивидуальных карт здоровья и электронных баз данных. Профилактика и санитарное просвещение: проведение бесед по гигиене и пропаганда ЗОЖ среди населения, организация обучающих программ для больных с хроническими патологиями, скрининг ранних стадий заболеваний и выявление факторов риска. Лечебно-диагностические манипуляции: проведение предварительных осмотров с внесением данных в медкарты, оказание экстренной помощи при неотложных состояниях, координация диагностических и лечебных мероприятий в поликлинике, стационаре и на дому. Межведомственное взаимодействие: оформление документов для консультаций у узких специалистов, госпитализации и реабилитации, сотрудничество с соцслужбами для поддержки маломобильных групп населения, надзор за работой младшего медперсонала. Ведение медицинской документации: анализ состояния здоровья прикреплённого населения и деятельности врачебного (терапевтического) участка.

Среднее образование по одной из специальностей: Лечебное дело (с последующей переподготовкой по сестринскому делу), Акушерское дело (с переподготовкой), Сестринское дело . Профессиональные знания и навыки: свободное ориентирование в нормативной базе системы здравоохранения, основах терапии и фармакологии, современных методах диагностики и профилактики заболеваний. Владение цифровыми технологиями: работа с медицинскими информационными системами (ЕМИАС, электронные медкарты), оформление документации в цифровом формате.
