Комплектование штата. Помогает подбирать сотрудников нужных профессий и квалификации, участвует в отборе и расстановке кадров. Учёт и движение кадров. Ведёт учёт личного состава: заполняет личные карточки (форма Т-2), формирует и обновляет личные дела, вносит записи при приёме, переводе или увольнении. Оформление трудовых отношений. Готовит приказы по личному составу: о приёме, переводе, увольнении, предоставлении отпусков, командировок. Заключает трудовые договоры. Работа с трудовыми книжками. Заполняет, учитывает и хранит трудовые книжки, делает записи о поощрениях, подсчитывает трудовой стаж, выдаёт справки о трудовой деятельности. Учёт рабочего времени. Ведёт табель учёта рабочего времени. Отчётность. Составляет разные отчёты: по труду, статистические, по легализации трудовых отношений (например, форму C3B-M), а также ежегодную форму 85-К. Взаимодействие с госорганами. Готовит и передаёт в государственные структуры (ПФР, ФСС и др.) документы по пенсионным и социальным вопросам. Отвечает на запросы органов и профсоюзов. Администрирование документооборота. Систематизирует текущие кадровые документы, готовит их к сдаче в архив по истечении сроков хранения. Участие в развитии персонала. Помогает планировать обучение и повышение квалификации сотрудников, участвует в работе аттестационных и квалификационных комиссий, оформляет их решения. Контроль и аналитика. Следит за соблюдением трудовой дисциплины и правил внутреннего трудового распорядка. Анализирует движение кадров, чтобы предлагать меры по снижению текучести. Консультирование. Помогает работникам и другим сотрудникам разбираться в вопросах оформления трудовых отношений. Работа с конфиденциальностью. При обработке персональных данных обеспечивает их защиту и не разглашает сведения без законных оснований. Дополнительные задачи. Может информировать сотрудников об имеющихся вакансиях, участвовать в разработке планов по труду, помогать в адаптации новых сотрудников.
