- Оказывает постоянную, экстренную и неотложную медицинскую помощь по своей специальности, используя современные методы профилактики, диагностики, лечения и реабилитации в соответствии с действующими стандартами и протоколами по оказанию медицинской помощи. - Проводит амбулаторный прием. - Определяет тактику ведения пациента, разрабатывает план обследования, уточняет объем и рациональные методы обследования с целью получения в минимально короткие сроки полной и достоверной диагностической информации для установления или подтверждения диагноза. Вносит изменения в план лечения в зависимости от состояния пациента и определяет необходимость дополнительных методов обследования. - Организует проведение специальных диагностических исследований и интерпретирует их результаты. - Своевременно и качественно ведет медицинскую документацию, установленные учетно-отчетные формы и составляет отчет о своей деятельности. - В порядке самоконтроля осуществляет экспертизу качества медицинской помощи в процессе ведения пациента. - Проводит экспертизу временной нетрудоспособности в соответствии с функциональными обязанностями лечащих врачей по производству ЭВН. - Своевременно оформляет документы для направления на врачебную комиссию и на МСЭ. - Осуществляет профилактические мероприятия по предупреждению и снижению заболеваемости. Выявляет ранние и скрытые формы заболеваний, социально-значимые болезни и факторы риска. Организует и проводит занятия в школе здоровья. - Осуществляет диспансерное наблюдение пациентов. - Направляет пациентов на консультацию к специалистам, в дневной стационар, на плановую госпитализацию, представляя каждого пациента начальнику МСЧ. - Организует и проводит противоэпидемические мероприятия и иммунопрофилактику в установленном порядке. - Проводит мероприятия по динамическому медицинскому наблюдению за состоянием здоровья отдельных категорий граждан. - Соблюдает принципы врачебной этики и деонтологии. - Повышает свою квалификацию. - Руководит работой среднего медицинского персонала. - Планирует и проводит иммунопрофилактику заболеваний среди прикрепленного населения.
