Организационные Составление графиков работы медперсонала, утверждение посменного графика. Расстановка нагрузки с учётом действующих стандартов и норм Трудового кодекса РФ. Разработка графика отпусков . Распределение обязанностей согласно должностным инструкциям. Для регулирования качества выполнения функций отдельными сотрудниками разрабатываются внутренние протоколы и стандарты. Обучение и развитие медицинского персонала: реализация программ профессионального развития, контроль сроков действия сертификатов аккредитации, направление на переквалификацию и повышение квалификации. Контроль качества ухода за пациентами: проверка правильности выполнения назначений врачей (дозировки лекарств, техника инъекций), контроль стерильности инструментов и обработки помещений. Внедрение современных стандартов ухода: например, новых методов перевязок или обезболивания. Мониторинг санитарного состояния учреждения: проверка чистоты операционных и палат, контроль за утилизацией отходов. Коммуникация с пациентами: информирование о правилах ухода, решение конфликтных ситуаций, психологическая поддержка и обучение пациентов и их родственников. Административные Управление персоналом: подбор, аттестация, мотивация, разработка внутренних инструкций, решение конфликтов. Контроль медицинских процессов: организация работы по санитарному надзору, проверка исправности медицинского оборудования, контроль за лекарственным обеспечением. Междисциплинарная координация: главная медсестра обеспечивает взаимодействие между врачами, фармацевтами, лабораторией и администрацией для своевременного выполнения назначений, заказов лекарств, забора анализов и распределения ресурсов. Ведение журналов учёта. Составление отчётов для главного врача. Заполнение медицинских карт и протоколов . Контроль ведения документации медсестрами. Своевременный заказ и грамотное распределение больничных листов, свидетельств о смерти и других медицинских бланков.

Высшее профессиональное образование по специальности Сестринское дело и сертификат специалиста по специальности Управление сестринской деятельностью, стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет. Среднее профессиональное образование (повышенный уровень) по специальности Сестринское дело, Акушерское дело, Лечебное дело и сертификат специалиста по специальности Организация сестринского дела, стаж работы по направлению профессиональной деятельности не менее 10 лет.
