42dot Gleo Planning Team은 차량 안에서 사용자가 AI Assistant와 자연스럽게 소통하고, 이동 중 필요한 도움을 더 쉽고 빠르게 받을 수 있는 경험을 기획합니다.

Gleo의 목표는 human-like한 대화와 다양한 도움을 제공하는 Agentic AI를 통해 사용자의 이동 과정에서 발생하는 탐색, 조작, 판단, 연결의 부담을 줄이고, 전체 인터랙션 비용을 낮추는 것입니다.

이를 위해 AI Agent의 페르소나와 대화 경험을 설계하는 것에서 나아가, 스마트홈, 일정, 콘텐츠 등 사용자의 일상과 연결된 다양한 서비스를 Agent를 통해 자연스럽게 이용할 수 있는 경험을 만들어가고 있습니다.

AI Service Planner는 AI Agent의 대화 경험을 기획하고, 다양한 서비스 및 플랫폼과의 연동을 통해 Gleo의 역할과 사용자 경험을 확장하는 업무를 담당합니다.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- AI Assistant 및 AI Agent 기반 서비스의 신규 기능과 사용자 경험 기획

- Agent의 페르소나, 캐릭터 특성, 응답 Tone & Manner 및 대화 경험 설계

- 사용자 맥락과 상황을 고려한 대화 시나리오 및 주요 Use Case 기획

- 스마트홈, 일정 등 다양한 일상 서비스와 AI Agent 간 연동 경험 기획

- 3rd Party 서비스 및 플랫폼 연동을 통한 신규 기능 및 서비스 확장 기획

- 다양한 디바이스 및 채널로 AI Agent 경험을 확장하기 위한 서비스 구조 기획

- 개발, AI/ML, UX 및 외부 파트너와 협업하여 서비스 요구사항과 연동 정책 정의

- 서비스 운영 데이터와 사용자 피드백을 기반으로 AI 경험 및 기능 개선

QUALIFICATIONS

- 서비스 기획, 프로덕트 기획, PO/PM 등 관련 업무 경험이 있으신 분

- AI Assistant, Chatbot, Voice Assistant, LLM 서비스 등 대화형 AI 서비스를 직접 기획하거나 운영해본 경험이 있으신 분

- Agent 또는 캐릭터의 페르소나, 응답 Tone & Manner, 대화 경험을 설계해본 경험이 있으신 분

- 사용자 관점에서 시나리오와 Use Case를 정의하고 서비스 요구사항으로 구체화할 수 있으신 분

- 실제 서비스의 출시 및 운영 과정에서 사용자 피드백과 데이터를 기반으로 개선해본 경험이 있으신 분

- 개발, AI/ML, UX 등 다양한 유관 조직과 협업하여 서비스를 만들어본 경험이 있으신 분

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 스마트홈, 일정, 콘텐츠, 커머스 등 다양한 생활 서비스의 기획 또는 운영 경험이 있으신 분

- 3rd Party 서비스, API 또는 외부 플랫폼과의 서비스 연동 기획 경험이 있으신 분

- 여러 서비스와 기능을 하나의 Assistant 또는 Agent 경험으로 통합해본 경험이 있으신 분

- 다양한 디바이스 또는 서비스 채널로 사용자 경험을 확장해본 경험이 있으신 분

- 생성형 AI 또는 LLM 기반 서비스를 실제 제품에 적용하거나 운영해본 경험이 있으신 분

- 차량용 AI Assistant, IVI, Connected Car 또는 Mobility 서비스에 대한 경험이나 이해가 있으신 분
