ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION

Quality Assurance Engineer (Power Management)는 SDV 기반 차량 환경에서 PMS/BMS 등 차량 전원 제어 소프트웨어의 통합 검증을 수행하며, PowerNet(48V/12V) 및 CAN/LIN 기반 통신 환경의 안정성과 품질을 검증하는 역할을 담당합니다. 차량 전원 관리 시스템의 기능, 성능, Fail-safe 동작 등을 평가하고, 통합 테스트 벤치 기반 검증을 통해 SDV 전원 시스템의 신뢰성과 품질 완성도를 확보합니다. 또한 전력 제어 소프트웨어와 차량 네트워크 간 연동 안정성을 분석하고 지속적인 품질 개선 활동을 수행하여 안정적인 차량 전원 시스템 운영을 지원합니다.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 검증 계획 수립
  • SDV 통합 소프트웨어 QA 엔지니어는 새로운 설계(zonal architecture 등)와 동작 방식에 기반한 통합 소프트웨어 검증 계획을 수립합니다.
  • 검증 설계
  • 테스트 케이스 설계와 테스트 환경/조건을 설계하고, 단일 소프트웨어가 아닌 통합 검증 관점에서 검증 수행을 준비합니다.
  • 검증 수행
  • 주요 마일스톤(릴리스나 게이트 등)의 품질 목표 달성을 위한 검증을 실행합니다.
  • 소프트웨어 통합 검증 외에 제어기와 연동되는 테스트 벤치 조건 및 실차 환경에서 검증을 수행할 수 있습니다.
  • 검증 자동화
  • 자동화 도구를 개발 또는 적용하여 통합 검증 활동을 효율화합니다.
  • 결과 분석
  • 검증 결과를 문서화하고 분석 내용을 구조화합니다. 필요에 따라 분석 내용에 대한 대시보드를 구성하여 시각화할 수 있습니다.
  • 프로세스 구축 및 개선
  • 통합 소프트웨어 검증의 효율성과 정확성을 높일 수 있는 프로세스와 절차를 정의하고 개선합니다.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 5년 이상의 자동차 PMS(Power Management System) 기능/성능 평가 업무 경험을 보유하신 분

- 자동차 BMS(Battery Management System)에 대한 높은 이해를 보유하신 분

- 자동차 PowerNet(48V, 12V) 및 CAN, LIN 통신에 대한 이해가 있으신 분

- 자동차 평가 로그 데이터 분석 및 Fail-safe 관련 경험을 보유신 분

- Agile 프로세스와 CI/CD 환경에서 검증 경험이 있으신 분

- 최신 기술에 관심이 많고 변화에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 역량을 가지신 분

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 임베디드 개발환경에서의 프로그래밍 언어(C/C++, Python, Rust 등)에 대한 높은 이해

- 클라우드 환경(AWS, Azure 등)에서의 소프트웨어 품질 관리 업무 경험

- A-SPICE 또는 ISO-26262, ISO-21434 적용 경험

- LLM을 이용한 검증 업무 자동화 경험
