ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION

42dot은 Software Defined Vehicle(SDV) 시대를 선도하기 위해 자율주행, 차량 인포테인먼트(IVI), SDV OS 및 차세대 차량 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 개발하고 있습니다.

Vehicle Regulatory & Safety Requirements Program Manager는 차량에 적용되는 국내외 법규(Regulations), 안전성 평가 기준(Safety Assessment Protocols) 및 국제표준(Standards)을 분석하고, 이를 차량 시스템 및 소프트웨어 개발에 필요한 기술 요구사항으로 구체화하는 역할을 수행합니다.

특히 자율주행(AD/ADAS), IVI, SDV OS 등 차량 소프트웨어 전 영역을 대상으로 법규 및 표준의 적용 범위를 식별하고, 개발 조직과 협업하여 제품 및 시스템 요구사항에 반영될 수 있도록 관리합니다.

개발 초기 단계부터 차량 통합, 검증 및 양산에 이르기까지 법규 요구사항과 제품 개발 결과의 정합성을 확보하고, 글로벌 시장의 규제 변화에 선제적으로 대응할 수 있는 차량 레벨의 Regulatory & Safety Requirements Management 체계를 구축하고 고도화하는 데 기여합니다.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- 한국, 유럽, 북미 등 주요 시장의 자동차 관련 법규 및 기술 규제 동향을 조사하고 분석합니다.

- 자율주행, ADAS, IVI, SDV OS 및 차량 소프트웨어 플랫폼에 적용되는 법규와 국제표준을 식별하고 관리합니다.

- 국가 및 시장별 법규의 적용 대상, 시행 시점, 기술 요구사항 및 인증·평가 기준을 분석합니다.

- 제품의 기능, 출시 국가 및 양산 일정에 따라 적용 규정과 인증 범위를 식별합니다.

- 규정의 개정 차수, 시행일 및 경과 규정을 확인하고 프로젝트별 대응 계획을 수립합니다.

- 법규를 제품·시스템 요구사항과 검증 기준으로 구체화합니다.

- 차량 법규 및 안전성 평가 기준을 분석하여 시스템 및 소프트웨어 수준의 기술 요구사양을 도출하고 정의합니다.

- 자율주행 안전성, 운전자 지원 기능, HMI, 차량 소프트웨어 안전 및 보안 관련 평가 기준을 검토합니다.

- 요구사항별 검증 방법과 증빙 자료를 정의하고 법규 적합성 확인 활동을 관리합니다.

- 법규 조항, 기술 요구사항, 시스템 설계 및 검증 항목 간 추적성(Traceability)을 확보합니다.

- 기획·개발·검증 조직과 협업해 요구사항, 수용 기준 및 필요한 증빙을 정의하고 준수 여부를 추적합니다.

- 법규 해석 쟁점과 적합성 갭을 관리합니다.

- 규정과 제품 구현 간 차이를 식별하고, 대응 방안·담당자·완료 일정을 관리합니다.

- 해석이 불명확한 사항은 OEM, 승인당국 및 시험기관과 협의하고 유권 해석이나 확인이 필요한 사안을 추적합니다.

- 시장별 형식승인 및 적합성 입증 준비를 관리합니다.

- OEM과 역할을 분담해 형식승인 또는 자기인증 체계에 필요한 시험·기술 문서·증빙의 준비와 제출 일정을 관리합니다.

- 시험 결과의 미충족 사항과 후속 조치를 종결까지 추적합니다.

- 규제 개정과 제품 변경에 따른 영향을 관리합니다.

- 규제 변화가 출시 일정과 제품 사양에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 관련 조직에 전파합니다.

- SW 업데이트와 기능 변경에 따른 추가 시험, 승인 변경 또는 증빙 갱신 필요성을 검토하고 변경 관리 절차에 반영합니다.

- 법규 및 표준의 적용 여부, 요구사항, 개발 반영 현황, 검증 결과를 체계적으로 관리하는 프로세스를 구축합니다.

- 법규 변경에 대한 영향도 분석, 요구사항 업데이트 및 후속 조치 관리 체계를 운영합니다.

- OEM, 인증·시험기관, 품질, 기능안전, 사이버보안 및 개발 조직과 협업하여 법규 대응 체계를 고도화합니다.

- ALM 및 요구사항 관리 도구를 활용하여 법규 요구사항의 정합성과 추적성을 확보합니다.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 자동차 산업에서 차량 법규·인증, 규제 대응 또는 법규 요구사항을 다루는 ADAS·자율주행 기술기획·PM 경력 10년 이상

- UNECE 규정, 국내 자동차 안전기준 또는 미국 FMVSS 등 하나 이상의 규제 체계와 적합성 입증 절차에 대한 실무 경험

- 법규 조항을 제품·시스템 요구사항, 검증 기준 또는 인증 산출물로 구체화한 경험

- 개발·검증 조직과 법규 충족 여부를 검토하고 미충족 사항의 대응 일정과 결과를 관리한 경험

- OEM 규제·인증 조직, 승인당국 또는 시험기관과 기술 쟁점과 제출 자료를 조율한 경험

- 영문 법규와 기술 문서를 읽고 적용 범위 및 핵심 요구사항을 정리할 수 있는 역량

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- UN R171(DCAS), UN R157(ALKS), UN R79 등 ADAS·자율주행 관련 규정의 적용 또는 승인 대응 경험

- Euro NCAP·KNCAP의 ADAS 및 운전자 모니터링 관련 평가 대응 경험

- UN R155·UN R156 대응 또는 ISO/SAE 21434·ISO 24089 기반 개발 프로세스와의 협업 경험

- 차량 SW 변경에 따른 승인 영향 검토, 승인 확장 또는 양산 이후 적합성 유지 관리 경험

- WP.29·GRVA 규제 논의 모니터링, 산업 협의체 활동 또는 ISO·SAE 표준화 참여 경험

- 해외 OEM·승인당국·시험기관과 영어로 기술 협의 및 문서 검토를 진행한 경험
