Обязанности: руководство деятельностью педиатрического отделения; планирование деятельности педиатрического отделения, расстановку кадров на рабочих местах и их использование в соответствии с квалификацией; обеспечение и контроль достижения показателей, характеризующих деятельность отделения; разработка оптимальной организационно-управленческой структуры отделения; контроль за работой врачей, среднего и младшего медицинского персонала педиатрического отделения, в том числе за правильностью поставленных диагнозов, за своевременностью и качеством оказываемой медицинской помощи; заполнение и ведение всей медицинской документации, паспортов участков, в том числе в электронном виде; координация деятельности структурного подразделения с другими структурными подразделениями учреждения и другими лечебно-профилактическими учреждениями, как района, так и города; планирование и прогнозирование деятельности структурного подразделения; анализ деятельности подразделения, контроль ведения медицинской документации; организация и обеспечение своевременного обследования и лечения пациентов в соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями; участие в работе комиссий, в том числе врачебной комиссии; оказание медицинской помощи детям в амбулаторных условиях, не предусматривающих круглосуточного медицинского наблюдения и лечения, в том числе на дому при вывозе медицинского работника. Требования: высшее профессиональное образование по специальности "Педиатрия", интернатура/ординатура по Педиатрии, дополнительное образование "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье" аккредитация по специальности "Педиатрия" Условия: оформление по Тк РФ рассматриваем специалистов как с опытом работы Заведующего отделением-врача-педиатра, так и врачей-педиатров с последующим повышением после Испытательного срока; заработная плата зависит от стажа работы, наличия категории и прочих факторов. Обсуждается на собеседовании.
