5.1. Производит систематический осмотр технического состояния закреплен-ных за ним объектов (зданий, сооружений, оборудования и механизмов).5.2. Производит техническое обслуживание согласно правилам эксплуатации исодержание в надлежащем санитарном состоянии закрепленных за ним объек-тов (зданий, сооружений, оборудования и механизмов).5.3. Производит текущий ремонт закрепленных за ним объектов с выполнениемвсех видов ремонтных и строительных работ (в т.ч. штукатурных, бетонных,плотницких, столярных, слесарных, малярных).5.4. Соблюдает технологию выполнения ремонтно-строительных работ, прави-ла эксплуатации и содержания здания, оборудования, механизмов, машин со-оружений, правила техники безопасности и противопожарной охраны.5.5. Производит сезонную подготовку обслуживаемых зданий, сооружений,оборудования и механизмов.5.6. Выполняет все виды ремонтно-строительных работ косметического характера впомещениях учреждения.5.7. Устраняет повреждения и неисправности по заявкам персонала.5.8. Поддерживает надлежащее санитарное состояние закрепленных за нимобъектов. Производит уборку чердака. Производит очистку от снега и льдакрыш навесов, водостоков.5.9. Исполняет другие поручения руководства, не вошедшие в настоящуюдолжностную инструкцию, но возникшие в связи с производственной необхо-димостью.
