Обслуживание компьютерной техники и периферии: установка, настройка, диагностика и мелкий ремонт ПК, ноутбуков, интерактивных досок, проекторов, принтеров, МФУ; контроль состояния техники, ведение учёта и инвентарных данных. Администрирование локальной сети и сервисов: настройка и поддержка работоспособности ЛВС, Wi‑Fi, серверов/сетевых хранилищ, учётных записей пользователей, групповых политик; обеспечение стабильного доступа к образовательным ресурсам и электронным сервисам школы. Информационная безопасность: настройка антивирусной защиты, контроль обновлений ОС и ПО, управление правами доступа, мониторинг подозрительной активности, резервное копирование критически важных данных, реагирование на инциденты ИБ. Поддержка учебного процесса: оперативная помощь пользователям (учителям, администраторам), настройка оборудования для уроков и мероприятий, консультирование по базовым вопросам использования техники и цифровых сервисов. Планирование и отчётность: формирование заявок на закупку и ремонт техники, ведение журналов обслуживания, подготовка отчётов о состоянии ИТ‑инфраструктуры, участие в разработке планов модернизации.

Операционные системы: навыки работы с Linux. Сетевые основы: модель OSI, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, основы маршрутизации и коммутации, понимание Active Directory. Оборудование: типовые сетевые устройства (коммутаторы, маршрутизаторы, Wi‑Fi точки доступа), принтеры/МФУ, интерактивные панели, проекторы. Информационная безопасность: антивирусы, контроль доступа, резервное копирование, защита от утечек, безопасная работа с учётными записями, основы противодействия фишингу и вредоносным программам. Нормативные требования: базовые знания законодательства РФ в области персональных данных (152‑ФЗ) и информационной безопасности применительно к образовательной организации.
