Некоторые задачи старшего делопроизводителя: Организация документооборота: приём и регистрация входящей корреспонденции, распределение документов между структурными подразделениями, регистрация и отправка исходящей корреспонденции, контроль движения и исполнения документов. Создание и оформление документов: подготовка проектов приказов, распоряжений, служебных записок, редактирование документов на соответствие нормативным требованиям, согласование документов с ответственными лицами, подготовка документов к подписанию руководством, заверение копий документов. Контроль сроков исполнения поручений руководства: напоминания исполнителям о приближающихся дедлайнах, составление отчётов об исполнительской дисциплине, мониторинг просроченных документов и эскалация проблем. Работа с архивом: формирование дел в соответствии с номенклатурой, подготовка документов к архивному хранению, составление описей дел, организация хранения и выдача архивных документов, участие в работе экспертной комиссии по определению сроков хранения. Координация работы секретарей, помощников и ассистентов: проверка правильности составления документов и их соответствия установленным нормам и форматам. Участие в разработке и совершенствовании внутренних документооборотов и процедур: обеспечение их оптимизации и эффективности. Ответственность за конфиденциальность и сохранность информации: контроль доступа к документам, обеспечение обмена информацией внутри организации.
