1 Lead Software Engineer .NET (m/w/x) Architektur und Weiterentwicklung innovativer Softwarelösungen für Werkstoffprüfung und Simulation.Traboch Vollzeit bis zu 20 % Home OfficeDein Einsatzgebiet * Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung unserer etablierten, unternehmenseigenen Softwareumgebung * Prüfplanung und Verwaltung von Prüfdaten * Messdatenerfassung an Prüfständen, mit Messtechnik und Hochgeschwindigkeitskameras * Auswertung der Messdaten, inklusive digitaler Bildkorrelation (DIC) * Automatische Erzeugung von FE-Modellen * Optimierung von Materialmodellen für gängige FE-SolverTech-Stack * Sprachen: VB.NET (Hauptanwendung), C# (Zusatzmodule) * Plattform: .NET Framework 4.8, Windows Forms (x86) * Oberfläche: Telerik UI for WinForms, ältere COM- und ActiveX-Komponenten * Datenhaltung: Microsoft-Access-Datenbanken * Anbindungen: Messtechnik (NI DAQmx), Hochgeschwindigkeitskameras, Geräte über USB und TCP * Simulation: Schnittstellen zu LS-DYNA, ABAQUS, PAM-CRASH und RADIOSS sowie zu LS-OPT * Lizenzierung: FlexLM * Werkzeuge: Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOpsDeine Aufgaben * Technische Gesamtverantwortung: Du lernst die Software bis ins Detail kennen und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Architektur und Code. * Struktur verbessern: Du analysierst die bestehende Architektur, entwickelst ein Zielbild und eine Roadmap und setzt beides Schritt für Schritt um. * Modularisierung, Trennung von Oberfläche, Fachlogik und Datenzugriff, Migration auf aktuelles .NET, Ablösung veralteter Komponenten * Qualität und Prozesse: Du führst automatisierte Tests, CI/CD-Pipelines, reproduzierbare Builds, Code-Reviews und eine gute Dokumentation ein. * Weiterentwicklung: Du entwickelst selbst neue Funktionen, in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Fachleuten aus Prüftechnik und Simulation. Dazu gehört auch die Anbindung neuer Messhardware und Datenformate. * Führung und Mentoring: Du leitest andere Entwickler:innen fachlich an, strukturierst Aufgaben und verteilst Wissen im Team. * KI-gestützte Entwicklung: Du setzt KI-Werkzeuge wie Claude Code oder GitHub Copilot produktiv ein, etwa für Code-Analyse, Refactoring, Tests und Dokumentation. Für das Team legst du Leitlinien fest, wie KI sinnvoll und qualitätsgesichert genutzt wird.Dein Profil * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik, Software Engineering oder Vergleichbarem (Universität, FH oder HTL), alternativ gleichwertige Berufserfahrung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit .NET und C#.
