Du kennst den Oberbau – und willst eine Kolonne führen, die regional rund um Bochum unterwegs ist?

Für unsere Gleisbauprojekte im Raum Bochum suchen wir einen Polier / Vorarbeiter. Du führst deine Kolonne eigenverantwortlich und sorgst dafür, dass auf der Strecke alles läuft.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Steuerung und Überwachung der Gleisbauarbeiten
  • Abstimmung mit Bauleitung, Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern
  • Führung der eigenen Kolonne sowie Koordination von Partnerfirmen
  • Kontrolle der Arbeiten auf technische, wirtschaftliche und sicherheitstechnische Vorgaben
  • Bautagesberichte, Dokumentation und Termintreue

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung im Bau (z. B. Gleisbauer, Tief- oder Straßenbau) plus Weiterbildung zum Polier/Meister oder Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Gleisbau, Tiefbau oder in der Bahninfrastruktur
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DB-Richtlinien, VOB und DIN-Normen
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenend-, Schicht- und Montageeinsätzen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
