Was erwartet dich bei uns?

Als AI Engineer arbeitest du gemeinsam mit unseren Consulting-, Data- und AI-Teams an innovativen digitalen Lösungen für reale Herausforderungen entlang der Supply Chain.

  • Du entwickelst und implementierst AI-basierte Lösungen für verschiedene Kundenprojekte, zum Beispiel in den Bereichen: Lager- und Produktionslogistik, Transport- und Netzwerkoptimierung, Bestands- und Produktionsplanung, Supply-Chain-Analytics und Decision Support
  • Darüber hinaus konzipierst und baust du AI Agents, Assistenten und Automatisierungslösungen für interne Prozesse und Kundenanwendungen.
  • Du entwickelst skalierbare AI-Workflows, Prototypen und wiederverwendbare AI-Frameworks und unterstützt Presales-Aktivitäten, Kundenworkshops und AI-gestützte Angebotsprozesse.
  • Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt in der Integration von AI-Lösungen in Microsoft-365-, Teams- und Power-Platform-Umgebungen sowie in der Förderung der AI-Adoption innerhalb der Projektteams.
  • Du unterstützt zudem die strategische Auswahl neuer Technologien. Gleichzeitig bringst du dich aktiv in interne AI-Enablement-Initiativen ein und förderst den Wissensaustausch innerhalb der Organisation.

Darum passt du zu uns:

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich AI Engineering, Softwareentwicklung, Automatisierung oder datengetriebener Beratung.
  • Du bringst gute Python-Kenntnisse sowie praktische Erfahrung mit modernen AI-/ML-Technologien und GenAI-Frameworks (z. B. LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) oder Vibe Coding mit.
  • Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis von LLMOps, Prompt Engineering, RAG-Architekturen und skalierbaren AI Workflows wie z.B. n8n or Make.com.
  • Du bist vertraut mit Cloud-Technologien (z. B. Azure, AWS oder GCP) sowie mit APIs, Docker, Kubernetes und Enterprise-Integrationen.
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management oder in Beratungsprojekten.
  • Du überzeugst durch analytisches Denkvermögen, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Consulting-Mindset.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Freude an internationaler Teamarbeit runden dein Profil ab.
