  • In anspruchsvollen Logistikplanungs- und Implementierungsprojekten übernimmst du eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam ganzheitliche Lösungen für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden.
  • Du erstellst und bewertest Layoutvarianten, konzipierst Materialflüsse und definierst effiziente Logistik- und Produktionsprozesse - unter Berücksichtigung von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen.
  • Darüber hinaus erarbeitest du detaillierte Fach- und Systemspezifikationen und begleitest Ausschreibungen für Logistikausstattung und -systeme in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und Lieferanten.
  • Die im Projekt entwickelten Konzepte setzt du bei unseren Kunden vor Ort um. Du begleitest die Implementierungsphase, übernimmst Verantwortung für Teilprojekte oder Workstreams und koordinierst Change Requests.
  • Zusätzlich bringst du dich aktiv in interne Optimierungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte ein, teilst dein Wissen innerhalb des Teams und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung des 4flow Knowledge-Managements mit.

Darum passt du zu uns:

  • Du hast dein Bachelorstudium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit sehr gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen.
  • Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Logistikplanung, im Logistics Engineering, in der Prozessautomatisierung, Logistik 4.0 oder im Smart-Factory-Umfeld und hast bereits komplexe Projekte eigenverantwortlich bearbeitet.
  • Deine ausgeprägten analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten, dein tiefes Prozessverständnis sowie deine Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert aufzubereiten und zu kommunizieren, zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du hast sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung mit CAD-Software sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis für logistische Systeme und Automatisierungslösungen.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und trittst gegenüber Kunden souverän und überzeugend auf.
  • Deine hohe Reisebereitschaft und idealerweise internationale Projekt- oder Auslandserfahrung runden dein Profil ab.
