Our 4flow management division plans, optimizes, and continuously manages our clients' supply chain networks as a neutral 4PL, offering innovative concepts in transportation and network management.

We are looking for talented candidates who share our enthusiasm for supply chain management. Contribute to 4flow's growth in Morocco by joining a dynamic team at our Tangier office.

What will your new challenge look like?

As a member of the 4flow team, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of transportation within our clients' logistics networks, ensuring the availability of goods. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at all stages of transport via our TMS.
  • Providing customer service by managing transport orders and communicating with our clients and partners.
  • Managing transport issues and ensuring that relevant information is correctly communicated to the client and other stakeholders.
  • Proposing solutions in case of transport delays.
  • Participating in the continuous optimization of our clients' logistics networks.
  • Providing support to 4flow teams based at other locations in Europe.

Your qualifications:

  • A minimum of a two-year or three-year post-secondary degree in Transport and Supply Chain Management.
  • Significant experience in the transport sector and a strong interest in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English are required, mastering Italian would a real advantage
  • Ability to quickly prioritize tasks during periods of high workload, while communicating proactively, friendlyly, and solution-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You are passionate about the logistics sector and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual, and international environment.
  • You are available to work flexible hours (morning, afternoon, night, and weekends).

A quoi ressemblera votre nouveau défi En tant que membre de l’équipe 4flow, vous serez en charge de la bonne exécution des transports au sein du réseau logistique de nos clients dans le but d’assurer la disponibilité des marchandises. Vos principales missions sur ce poste seront les suivantes:

  • Garantir la bonne exécution des opérations quotidiennes à toutes les étapes du transport via notre TMS.
  • Assurer le rôle de service client en exécutant les tâches telles que la gestion des ordres de transport et la communication avec nos clients/partenaires.
  • Traiter les anomalies transport en s’assurant que les informations concernant ces anomalies soient bien communiquées au client et aux autres parties prenantes.
  • Apporter des solutions en cas de délais transport.
  • Participer à l’optimisation continue des réseaux logistiques de nos clients.
  • Soutien aux équipes 4flow basées sur les autres sites en Europe

Vos qualifications

  • Bac+2 / Bac+3 minimum en gestion des Transports et de la chaine logistique
  • Expériences significatives dans l’industrie du transport avec un gros attrait pour le service client.
  • Bonne communication et maitrise professionnelle de l’anglais exigées, la maitrise de l'italien serait un vrai plus
  • Capacité à prioriser rapidement ses tâches pendant les périodes de volume élevé de travail tout en communicant de façon proactive, amicale et orientée solution.
  • Utilisateur confirmé du pack MS Office
  • Vous êtes intéressé.e par le secteur logistique et appréciez travailler dans un environnement dynamique, virtuel et international.
  • Vous êtes disposé.e à travailler en équipe de matin/soir/nuit et le week-end
