Estamos em busca de um(a) Líder Técnico Sênior com perfil protagonista para ser a referência de engenharia em nosso time. Buscamos alguém que não apenas execute, mas que seja parte ativa da solução e da tomada de decisão estratégica.

Nesta posição, você terá o desafio de projetar arquiteturas robustas em nuvem (GCP), liderar a modernização de nossas práticas de desenvolvimento e, fundamentalmente, mentorar e elevar a barra técnica do time. Se você é apaixonado por construir soluções escaláveis, promover a cultura de DevOps e gosta de atuar na fronteira entre a gestão técnica e a arquitetura de software, seu lugar é aqui.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Arquitetura e Nuvem (GCP): Projetar e implementar soluções escaláveis e seguras utilizando serviços Google Cloud Platform (GCP), com foco obsessivo em alta disponibilidade, desempenho e custo-eficiência (FinOps). Definir a arquitetura de software e infraestrutura.
  • Liderança Técnica e Mentoria: Ser a referência técnica para a squad, promovendo mentorias, conduzindo revisões de código (Code Reviews) e assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade.
  • DevOps e Engenharia: Desenvolver e manter práticas de DevOps, incluindo automação de infraestrutura (IaC), pipelines de CI/CD, monitoramento e observabilidade. Garantir a implementação de código limpo e testes automatizados.
  • Estratégia e Decisão: Participar ativamente de decisões técnicas estratégicas, incluindo a escolha de tecnologias, arquiteturas e práticas de desenvolvimento. Colaborar com outros líderes e stakeholders para garantir que os requisitos de negócio sejam atendidos de forma eficiente.
  • Inovação Contínua: Manter-se atualizado sobre novas tecnologias e serviços GCP, sugerindo melhorias contínuas para os projetos. Estar disposto a aprender e atuar com diferentes tecnologias e linguagens conforme a necessidade do produto.
  • Rituais Ágeis: Colaborar no planejamento e execução de eventos da squad, bem como orquestrar os processos de deploy e release.

Requisitos:

  • Liderança: Vivência comprovada em gestão de pessoas ou liderança técnica de equipes.
  • Stack Tecnológico: Domínio das linguagens Python e Javascript/Typescript.
  • Arquitetura de Software: Conhecimento sólido em padrões de design, microserviços, contêineres, SOLID, Clean Architecture e Clean Code.
  • Cloud Computing: Experiência prática na elaboração de arquitetura de soluções em nuvem (preferencialmente GCP).
  • DevOps e Infraestrutura: Experiência em ambientes com Infraestrutura como Código (IaC) e boas práticas de DevOps (Workflow de release, CI/CD).
  • Cultura Ágil: Domínio de metodologias ágeis e experiência em promover uma cultura de agilidade no time.
