Estamos em busca de um(a) UX Designer Senior para atuar na nossa plataforma de dados que apoia gestores públicos na tomada de decisões baseadas em evidências.

Nesta função, seu desafio será traduzir dados complexos em decisões simples. Você será responsável por criar experiências que não só informem, mas guiem o gestor público à ação correta, desenhando dashboards, fluxos e interfaces com clareza, precisão e propósito.

Aqui, o UX é mais do que interface: é o processo estratégico que garante que cada gráfico faça sentido e cada tela conte uma história real. Buscamos um(a) profissional com autonomia, repertório e vontade de construir, em parceria, um produto que evolui todos os dias para tornar a gestão pública mais transparente e eficiente.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Design de Interfaces e Fluxos: Criar e evoluir dashboards, fluxos interativos e interfaces para as verticais de Mobilidade, Educação, Segurança, Sustentabilidade e Saúde.
  • Data Visualization: Traduzir dados brutos, indicadores e KPIs em experiências visuais compreensíveis e acionáveis para gestores e equipes operacionais.
  • Estratégia de Produto: Participar ativamente da definição conceitual dos produtos, trazendo o olhar do usuário para as decisões de negócio e estratégia.
  • Design System: Trabalhar na manutenção e evolução do design system unificado da plataforma, focando em consistência, acessibilidade e escalabilidade.
  • Colaboração Multidisciplinar: Colaborar diretamente com desenvolvedores e cientistas de dados para garantir a entrega de produtos coerentes e tecnicamente viáveis.
  • Documentação e Handoff: Documentar raciocínios de design, interações e regras visuais com clareza para uso interno e comunicação com stakeholders.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência: Mínimo de 3 anos de atuação com UX/UI em produtos digitais complexos.
  • Ferramentas: Domínio avançado de Figma (incluindo auto layout, variantes, tokens, componentes e bibliotecas compartilhadas).
  • Expertise em Dados: Experiência comprovada com criação de dashboards, gráficos, data storytelling e observabilidade.
  • Fundamentos de Design: Entendimento sólido de heurísticas, arquitetura da informação, hierarquia visual e acessibilidade digital.
  • Prototipação: Capacidade de criar fluxos complexos com clareza visual e consistência semântica, além de protótipos de alta fidelidade.
  • Portfólio: Apresentação de portfólio que demonstre projetos de dashboards ou produtos B2B/B2G.

Diferenciais (Qualificações Desejáveis):

  • Experiência prévia com produtos B2G (Business to Government), SaaS ou plataformas de dados.
  • Conhecimento em gestão de Design System em escala e governança de componentes.
  • Familiaridade com conceitos de Ciência de Dados.
  • Experiência com UX Writing.
  • Interesse genuíno em unir design, dados e impacto social.

  • Comunicação Articulada: Habilidade de documentar, argumentar e defender decisões de design de forma embasada (visual e escrita).
  • Perfil Colaborativo: Conforto em trabalhar em um time horizontal, dialogando constantemente com engenharia e dados.
  • Adaptabilidade: Capacidade de se adaptar a um produto em evolução constante sem perder o foco na qualidade.
  • Visão Sistêmica: Habilidade de interpretar métricas de uso para validar hipóteses e propor melhorias contínuas.
