Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und organisierte Persönlichkeit als Events Coordinator, die Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld hat, gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und mit uns unvergessliche Gästeerlebnisse schafft.

Ihre Aufgaben Organisation und Durchführung von Banketten, Events und Veranstaltungen Professionelle Betreuung unserer Kunden und Gäste während der Anlässe Verkauf, Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Ausstellungen Aktives Einbringen von Ideen und Impulsen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Eventabteilung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Abteilungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Veranstaltungen sicherzustellen

Ihr Profil 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, im Hotel- im Eventbereich Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit Teamplayer mit einer positiven und professionellen Ausstrahlung
