Ihre Aufgaben

-Überprüfung und Abschluss der Tagesabrechnungen: Durchführung von Kassenabschlüssen und Sicherstellung der Richtigkeit aller finanziellen Transaktionen. -Gästeempfang und -betreuung: Check-in und Check-out der Gäste während der Nachtstunden, Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und -anfragen. -Sicherheitsüberwachung: Durchführung von Sicherheitsrundgängen und Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der Gäste und des Hotels. -Erstellung von Berichten: Vorbereitung und Verteilung von täglichen Berichten für das Management und die verschiedenen Abteilungen. -Reklamationsbearbeitung: Professioneller Umgang mit Beschwerden und Problemen der Gäste, um eine schnelle und zufriedenstellende Lösung zu gewährleisten. -Verantwortung für die Nachtschicht: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während der Nachtstunden und Koordination mit dem Tagespersonal.

Ihr Profil

-Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Night Auditor/Supervisor in einem 4- oder 5-Sterne-Hotel -Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse -IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Opera Kenntnis von Vorteil -Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit. -Serviceorientierung: Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten. -Belastbarkeit: Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten und selbstständig zu arbeiten.
