The posting

1. Выявлять совместно с инспекцией по делам несовершеннолетних среди учащихся учебных заведений, склонных к злоупотреблению алкоголем, наркотикам, ПАВ, используя сведения, поступающие из органов милиции и помощь администрации учебных заведений. 2. Информировать врача психиатра-нарколога о всех вновь выявленных лицах, склонных к злоупотреблению алкоголем и наркотиками и ПАВ. 3. Регулярно, в установленном порядке, представлять на осмотр врачу-наркологу лиц, злоупотребляющих алкоголем, наркотиками и ПАВ. 4. Осуществлять в наркологическом пункте наблюдение за лицами, замеченными в употреблении алкоголя, наркотиков, ПАВ. 5. Обеспечивать и организовывать прием подросткового врача-нарколога как наркологических больных, состоящих на учете, так и вновь выявленных лиц, склонных к злоупотреблению алкоголем и наркотиков и ПАВ. 6. Немедленно информировать подросткового врача психиатра-нарколога о всех изменениях в поведении лиц, находящихся под наблюдением фельдшера-нарколога (нарушениях режима, предписанных назначений и т.д). 7. Осуществлять патронажное наблюдение учащихся, находящихся под контролем фельдшера-нарколога непосредственно по месту учебы. 8. Принимать участие в работе советов профилактики в учебных учреждениях. 9. Поддерживать тесный контакт с администрацией учебных заведений, с ИДН, участвовать в рейдах, проводимых администрацией и общественными организациями учебного заведения. 10. Фельдшерам, работающим при отделах милиции, осуществлять рейды совместно с инспекторами ИДН. 11. Вести учетно-отчетную документацию наркологического пункта согласно утверждённому перечню. 12. Организовывать и осуществлять плановую профилактическую санитарно-просветительную работу о вреде алкоголизма и наркомании среди обслуживаемого контингента: беседы, стенды. 13. Участвовать во всех организационно-методических мероприятиях (совещания, семинары), проводимых наркологической службой.

Наличие диплома по специальности Лечебное дело, обязательное наличие сертификата специалиста или документ об аккредитации по специальности Лечебное дело, без предъявления требований к стажу работы. Справка о наличии (отсутствии) судимости и (или) факта уголовного преследования либо о прекращении уголовного преследования
