Первый уровень – это менеджеры первой линии, которые обрабатывают входящие заявки и назначают онлайн-встречи. Второй уровень – системные аналитики, которые проводят встречи и продают наши услуги. Эта вакансия как раз о позиции менеджера по работе с клиентами. Почему открыта вакансия: Каждый год мы кратно растем. И в 2023 году поставили цель вырасти в 3 раза по выручке и количеству клиентов. Чтобы сделать новый рывок в росте и развитии компании, пополняем ряды нашей дружной команды и ищем ответственного и внимательного человека на позицию менеджера по работе с клиентами в сфере IT, – системного аналитика. Чем предстоит заниматься? Вести телефонные переговоры и деловую переписку с клиентами; Продлевать подписки на сервисы.
