1. Хозяйственное обслуживание и эксплуатация помещений: Обеспечивать надлежащее состояние зданий и помещений в соответствии с правилами безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты. Контролировать исправность оборудования: освещения, систем отопления, вентиляции, водоснабжения и электроснабжения. Организовывать плановый и срочный ремонт помещений, а также контролировать качество ремонтных работ. Готовить здания к работе в зимних условиях. 2. Материально-техническое обеспечение и учёт: Обеспечивать структурные подразделения организации мебелью, хозяйственным инвентарём, средствами механизации труда. Организовывать хранение инвентаря и имущества, следить за их сохранностью, вести учёт и составлять отчётность. Участвовать в проведении инвентаризаций и списании малоценных и быстроизнашивающихся предметов. Своевременно обеспечивать работников канцелярскими принадлежностями, расходными материалами для оргтехники и хозяйственно-бытовых нужд. Организация закупок и взаимодействие с подрядчиками: Оформлять документы для заключения договоров на оказание услуг, закупку материалов и оборудования. Работать с поставщиками для устранения нарушений условий договоров. Участвовать в составлении смет хозяйственных расходов. 4. Санитарно-гигиенические и противопожарные мероприятия: Следить за санитарным состоянием помещений и прилегающей территории. Организовывать своевременную обработку помещений от насекомых и грызунов (дезинсекцию, дератизацию). Контролировать соблюдение правил охраны труда, техники безопасности и противопожарной защиты. Обеспечивать исправность пожарного инвентаря. 5. Управление персоналом: Руководить работой обслуживающего и технического персонала. Выдавать производственные задания, необходимые материалы и инвентарь. Участвовать в подборе и расстановке кадров обслуживающего персонала. mznmnk.obramur.ru 6.
