The posting

Проверка состояния объекта перед сменой. Вместе с заместителем заведующего по АХР (завхозом) сторож осматривает целостность охраняемого объекта: замки, пломбы, противопожарный инвентарь, исправность сигнализации и освещения. Регулярные обходы здания и территории. Сторож выполняет внутренний обход здания и проверяет территорию (предварительно закрыв входные двери), соблюдая график, утверждённый заведующим. Реагирование на нарушения. При обнаружении взломанных дверей, окон, повреждённых замков, сорванных пломб или печатей сторож обязан немедленно сообщить об этом заместителю заведующего по АХР и дежурному полиции, а также обеспечить охрану следов до прибытия представителей власти. Приём и сдача смены. Сторож ведёт записи в специальном сменном журнале. Контроль закрытия помещений. Во время дежурства сторож проверяет, выключен ли свет во всех помещениях детского сада. Непрерывное дежурство. На протяжении всего времени дежурства сторож безотлучно находится на охраняемом объекте. Выполнение поручений администрации. В рамках своих полномочий сторож исполняет указания заведующего или его заместителей. Информирование о неполадках. При выявлении любых неисправностей (замков, сигнализации, освещения, водопровода, канализации, теплоснабжения) сторож обязан сразу же сообщить об этом руководителю детского сада или другому уполномоченному лицу. Действия при пожаре. В случае возгорания сторож должен немедленно поднять тревогу, сообщить в пожарную часть и заведующему (или другому ответственному лицу), а также принять меры по ликвидации пожара до прибытия пожарных. Контроль доступа. Во время дежурства сторож не допускает в детский сад посторонних лиц. Контроль выноса имущества. Сторож разрешает вынос имущества из детского сада только с разрешения администрации и с обязательной записью в журнале. Содержание служебного помещения. Сторож обязан поддерживать в надлежащем санитарном состоянии выделенное ему помещение. Реагирование на неявку сменщика. Если сменяющий работник не пришёл вовремя, сторож должен доложить об этом заместителю заведующего по АХР и не покидать объект до получения распоряжения от администрации. Финальная проверка. Перед завершением дежурства сторож проводит тщательную проверку целостности охраняемого объекта (здания, построек, окон, дверей, замков, состояния зелёных насаждений) и сообщает о результатах дежурства и выявленных замечаниях завхозу.
