The posting

Ведение бухгалтерского учёта имущества, обязательств и хозяйственных операций. Формирование полной и достоверной информации о деятельности УИС, её имущественном положении. Обеспечение контроля за соблюдением законодательства РФ, целесообразностью хозяйственных операций, наличием и движением имущества и обязательств, использованием материальных, трудовых и финансовых ресурсов. Предотвращение отрицательных результатов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности УИС и выявление внутрихозяйственных резервов обеспечения её финансовой устойчивости. Контроль за организацией бухгалтерского учёта в подведомственных учреждениях УИС. Проведение проверок правильности ведения бухгалтерского учёта в учреждениях УИС и представление предложений по устранению выявленных недостатков. Обобщение данных бухгалтерских отчётов, представляемых учреждениями УИС, и составление сводных отчётов по бюджетной и основной деятельности с подготовкой заключений по годовым отчётам. Участие в проведении инвентаризации имущества и финансовых обязательств, своевременное и правильное определение результатов и отражение их в учёте. Организация профилактической работы по сохранности товарно-материальных ценностей и денежных средств в местах хранения и эксплуатации. Обеспечение своевременного начисления денежного довольствия сотрудникам и заработной платы вольнонаёмным работникам. Осуществление контроля за целевым и экономным расходованием денежных средств в соответствии с доведёнными лимитами бюджетных обязательств. Проведение инструктажа материально-ответственных лиц по вопросам учёта и сохранности ценностей, находящихся на их ответственном хранении. Недопущение несанкционированной кредиторской и необоснованной дебиторской задолженности.
