Руководство хозяйственным обслуживанием организации . Проверка условий и качества эксплуатации оборудования Контроль исправности и работоспособности оборудования: проверка освещения, отопления, вентиляционных систем, сетей электро-, водо-, теплоснабжения. Организация работы обслуживающего персонала. Выдача производственных заданий обслуживающему персоналу, необходимых для работы материалов, инвентаря и инструментов. Организация и контроль работы обслуживающего персонала по ежедневной влажной уборке помещений с применением моющих средств, влажной уборке вестибюлей, а также уборки вспомогательных помещений после окончания занятий. Организация проведения во всех видах помещений генеральной уборки с применением моющих и дезинфицирующих средств не реже одного раза в месяц. Организация сбора и вывоза мусора, а также передача его на утилизацию или переработку, включая люминесцентные лампы, в соответствии с экологическими нормами и правилами. Обеспечение содержания подвальных помещений в сухости, без следов загрязнений, плесени и грибка, наличия в них мусора. Организация чистки оконных стёкол по мере их загрязнения. Организация содержания в безопасном состоянии и надлежащем порядке хозяйственных, подсобных, технических помещений организации. Организация мероприятий с целью предотвращения появления в помещениях насекомых, грызунов и следов их жизнедеятельности, проведение дезинсекции и дератизации в отсутствии детей и молодёжи. Организация пополнения, учёта, хранения и размещения первичных средств пожаротушения в организации, включая огнетушители и их перезарядку, индивидуальных средств защиты, моющих и чистящих средств. Обеспечение сохранности оборудования, хозяйственного инвентаря, маркировка уборочного инвентаря в зависимости от назначения помещений и видов работ. Проведение с участием работников бухгалтерии инвентаризации имущества организации, своевременное списание части имущества, пришедшего в негодность. Оформление отчётных документов в соответствии с требованиями для бухгалтерии и бухгалтерского учёта.
