Должностные обязанности дворника в детском саду направлены на поддержание чистоты, порядка и безопасности на территории учреждения. Ежедневная очистка урн от мусора; периодическая промывка и дезинфекция урн. Покос травы (не менее двух раз в летний период). Вывешивание флагов на фасаде здания в общегосударственные праздничные дни с последующим снятием и хранением. Участие в обходах территории детского сада.

Соблюдение правил охраны труда, производственной санитарии и противопожарной безопасности. Использование спецодежды и средств индивидуальной защиты. Начало уборки при хорошей освещённости территории, в тёмное время суток при включённом наружном освещении. Запрет на перепоручение работы посторонним лицам, сжигание мусора на территории, оставление инвентаря без присмотра.
