Разработка или участие в разработке документов правового характера и распорядительных документов. Методическое руководство правовой работой в учреждении, оказание правовой помощи структурным подразделениям и гражданам в подготовке и оформлении документов. Участие в разработке и осуществлении мероприятий по укреплению договорной, финансовой и трудовой дисциплины, обеспечению сохранности имущества учреждения. Изучение, анализ и обобщение результатов рассмотрения претензий, судебных и арбитражных дел, практики заключения и исполнения хозяйственных договоров для разработки предложений об устранении выявленных недостатков. Оформление материалов о привлечении работников к дисциплинарной и материальной ответственности. Участие в работе по заключению хозяйственных договоров, проведении их правовой экспертизы, разработке условий коллективных договоров и отраслевых тарифных соглашений, а также рассмотрении вопросов о дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности. Контроль своевременности представления структурными подразделениями справок, расчётов, объяснений и других материалов для подготовки ответов на претензии. Подготовка совместно с другими подразделениями предложений об изменении действующих или отмене утративших силу приказов и других нормативных актов, изданных в учреждении. Систематизированный учёт и хранение действующих законодательных нормативных актов, отметки об их отмене, изменениях и дополнениях, подготовка справочной документации. Информирование работников учреждения о действующем законодательстве и изменениях в нём, ознакомление должностных лиц с нормативными правовыми актами, относящимися к их деятельности. Представление интересов учреждения в судах различных инстанций.

Коммуникативные навыки умение ясно и убедительно излагать мысли, вести переговоры с клиентами и оппонентами. Критическое мышление способность анализировать сложную информацию и выявлять ключевые факты, выстраивать логические цепочки и делать обоснованные выводы. Адаптивность и гибкость умение быстро усваивать новую информацию и навыки, адаптироваться к изменениям в законодательстве и судебной практике. Управление временем умение эффективно организовывать своё время, расставлять приоритеты в работе с делами и задачами.
