Обеспечивать надлежащий уровень обследования и лечения, необходимый уход за больными на основе лечебно-охранительного режима и соблюдения правил медицинской деонтологии, а также выполнения больными установленного больничного режима. Составлять и выполнять план обследования и лечения курируемых больных. В сложных случаях разрабатывать план под руководством заведующего отделением. Ежедневно проводить обход своих больных, отмечать в истории болезни основные изменения в состоянии больного и определять необходимые мероприятия по лечению и уходу за больными. Вести историю болезни соответственно требованиям приказа Главного врача КБ №50 от 17.11.2010 № 27 П Об утверждении методических рекомендаций по ведению медицинской карты стационарного больного (история болезни) форма 003/у . Участвовать в обходах с заведующим отделением, докладывать ему о своих больных, принимать участие в консультациях, которые проводят врачи других специальностей для его больного. Проводить экспертизу временной нетрудоспособности и направлять больных на БМСЭ при необходимости. Проводить анализ качества своей работы, изучать эффективность результатов лечения. Оказывать консультативную помощь врачам других подразделений по своей специальности. Принимать больных, поступающих в отделение, проводить их осмотр, назначать необходимые обследования и лечение, заполнять необходимую медицинскую документацию. В случае необходимости оказывать экстренную неотложную помощь. С учетом правил медицинской деонтологии ставить в известность родственников больного, при наличии его согласия, о его заболевании, прогнозе, уметь объяснить больному сущность его заболевания, рассказать о методах обследования и лечения. По необходимости докладывать заведующему отделением об угрожающих жизни больного переменах в его состоянии, обо всех случаях смерти, о нарушении больными режима, о нарушении сотрудниками трудовой дисциплины.
