Организовывать работу структурных подразделений так, чтобы они эффективно взаимодействовали между собой. Руководить производственно-хозяйственной деятельностью. Искать резервы для рационального использования ресурсов и экономного расходования. Участвовать в заключении хозяйственных договоров (с поставщиками, подрядчиками, потребителями). Контролировать, чтобы обязательства исполнялись вовремя и точно по срокам, объёму, качеству. Расширять хозяйственные связи компании. Обеспечивать сохранность имущества организации. Контролировать материально-техническое обеспечение. Следить, чтобы ресурсы (материалы, запчасти, ГСМ) поступали вовремя и использовались по назначению. Решать вопросы в сфере финансово-экономической и производственно-хозяйственной деятельности в пределах своих полномочий. Обеспечивать соблюдение законности в хозяйственно-экономических связях компании. Создавать безопасные и здоровые условия труда для подчинённых. Контролировать, как сотрудники соблюдают нормы охраны труда Организовывать работу складского хозяйства и создавать условия для надлежащего хранения материальных ресурсов. Участвовать в проведении аттестации рабочих мест . Представлять интересы компании во взаимоотношениях с другими организациями и органами власти по вопросам своей компетенции. Вносить предложения по совершенствованию работы компании. Сообщать непосредственному руководителю о выявленных в процессе работы недостатках и предлагать пути их устранения.
