Ремонт и установка дверей, оконных рам, откосов, стен, потолков, перил, замков, доводчиков. Вставка стёкол и изготовление стендов, рамок и других малогабаритных изделий. Помощь в погрузочно-разгрузочных работах . Работы по отделке и уходу за придомовой территорией . Получение заявок на устранение повреждений в многоквартирных домах от диспетчера и выполнение этих работ. ликвидация замеченных дефектов и недоработок в плотничьих работах; бережное отношение к рабочим инструментам, инвентарю, спецодежде; соблюдение на рабочем месте правил охраны труда, пожарной и технической безопасности; информирование руководителей о проблемных моментах в трудовой деятельности; помощь другим сотрудникам организации в пределах своей компетенции

Плотник должен знать: - основные виды лесоматериалов и свойства древесины; - основные элементы деревянных частей зданий и деревянных конструкций; - приёмы чистой острожки лесоматериалов, оттески брёвен, зоготовки одиночных свай и одностоечных опор, шпунтовых свай; - способы заготовки прямолинейных щитов опалубки и перегородок под штукатурку; - способы устройства цоколей, дощатых настилов, перегородок, чёрных обшивок и элементов крыш; - способы приготовления антисептических и огнезащитных составов; - способы нанесения антисептических и огнезащитных составов краскопультами и распылителями; - основные свойства рулонных и штучных кровельных материалов; - способы разметки простых крыш и покрытия (насухо) и штучными кровельными материалами; - способы соединения деталей простыми врубками; - устройство монтажных поршневых пистолетов и правила работы с ними; - основы устройства электрофицированного инструмента; - правила техники безопасности, охраны труда и противопожарной безопасности.
