The posting

1. Управлять лифтами (направлять кабины лифтов к месту вызова на соответствующий этаж) и осуществлять контроль за их исправным состоянием. 2. Осуществлять проверку работоспособности и функционирования оборудования лифтов в соответствии с руководством (инструкцией) по эксплуатации изготовителя. 3. Визуально определять наличие (отсутствие) внешних повреждений и неисправностей оборудования лифтов. 4. Пускать лифты в работу с предварительной проверкой: - наличия освещения кабин лифтов и на посадочных (погрузочных) площадках; - исправности двусторонней переговорной связи или аварийной сигнализации; - исправности световой и звуковой сигнализации; - исправности автоматических замков на всех остановочных пунктах; - исправности кнопки Стоп; - исправности замков и выключателей безопасности дверей шахт и кабин лифтов; - исправности подвижного пола, реверса привода дверей. 5. Выполнять иные обязанности, предусмотренные трудовым договором.

Уровень образования: среднее профессиональное образование по программам подготовки специалистов среднего звена. Квалификация: наличие свидетельства о квалификации по должности "Лифтер" (не ниже 3 уровня). Стаж работы: не менее 1 года в отрасли работ по техническому обслуживанию и /или ремонту лифтов.

Условия труда на рабочем месте Работника являются допустимыми 2 итоговый класс (подкласс) условий труда (по результатам специальной оценки условий труда).
