We’re 5Blue Software — an Israeli-Ukrainian software dev company, and we’re growing our sales team. We’re looking for someone who knows IT outsourcing inside out, loves the thrill of closing deals, and isn’t afraid to hop on a plane to meet a client or hit a conference.

We’re open to both part-time and full-time cooperation!

About Us:

5Blue Software is an Israeli-Ukrainian software development company specializing in custom software development, staff augmentation, dedicated engineering teams, AI solutions, and CTO-as-a-Service. We help startups and mid-sized companies scale faster with vetted engineering talent across Europe.

We’re growing our presence in the US and European markets and looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to hunt, pitch, and close.

What You’ll Do:

- Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch — outbound-first

- Run full-cycle deals from first touch to signed contract

- Work directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side

- Develop partnerships and expand our network across US and European markets

- Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe

Requirements:

- English C1+ — you’ll work primarily with US and European clients

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development Managment

- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, custom software development, or AI services

- Open to business travel across Europe for client meetings and industry conferences

- Proven outbound track record — pipeline building, deal closing, hitting revenue targets

- Comfortable navigating complex negotiations with senior stakeholders
