Job Description

Assist in completion and submission of loan agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for loan transactions and loan disbursement

Liaise with sales executives, financial institutions, relationship managers, and other internal stakeholders for successful loan submission with accurate loan documents and other loan related matters

Assist in floor application to maintain planned weekly liquidity for company use

Perform administrative work from processing of loan requests to successful disbursement of loans

Update loan data in systems and maintain records of loan transactions, including general record keeping and filing duties

Provide internal stakeholders with necessary loan support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

Proficient in English/Chinese

Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

Time management

Critical thinking

Monitoring and task management

Other Requirements

Meticulous and able to multi-task

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Team player with positive work attitude

Minimum proven 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
