Job Description

Fashion Photographer cum Videographer

 A successful candidate for this role should be technically strong in photography and videography, well-versed in the latest digital and social media trends, and in producing digital content that will engage audiences while strengthening the brand and positioning of Love & Bravery.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of shoots
  • Brainstorm photo shoot and content ideas that align with the brand positioning via mood boarding
  • Coordinate model, makeup, and location bookings for a shoot
  • Shoot, edit, and upload catalog photos
  • Conceptualize, shoot edit lookbook photos
  • Shoot and edit influencer try-on videos
  • Support our content marketing strategy across our social channels, including content creation
  • Ideate and create IG reels and flay lays
  • Monitor and research industry trends, ideate and execute content
  • studio Management - Manage lighting and camera equipment Packing equipment, learn how to operate studio equipment like strobes, constant lights, paper backdrops, c-stands, and grip types of equipment.
  • Photo Editing- Cull and editing of photos using Adobe Lightroom & Adobe Photoshop
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by either manager or supervisor

Requirements:

  • Experience in Photography / videography
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop)
  • Has a strong sense of aesthetics and passion for the fashion industry
  • good interpersonal skills
  • responsible, energetic, positive, and able to work independently and as a team player
  • Proficient with social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
  • Passionate about and personally up to date on the e-commerce and digital marketing landscape and emerging trends
  • Able to communicate creative ideas effectively and demonstrate flexibility when receiving feedback to achieve high standards
