The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily HR duties such as On-boarding/Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation, etc
  • Administer employees records and ensure required personal documents are in place
  • Handle Work Pass, Staff Pass, Access Card, and other required ID card processing
  • Coordinate with relevant business units on manpower movement, contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, re-employment, resignation, etc along with respective administration
  • Carry out HR activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory compliances
  • Provide response to employees enquires on HR-related matters
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team to facilitate payroll processing
  • Prepare HR reports and meeting related material
  • Contribute to the Process Improvement Project, events, function, etc
  • Provide support on HR initiatives
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when being assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • NITEC / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Experience in the Security Industry advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient with Unit4 Prosoft ideal and SAP HR preferred.
  • Meticulous with the ability to multitask.
  • Highly adaptable to change with a positive mindset.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external customers
